Dr. Jagmeet Singh will present his vision of the potential for artificial intelligence to
revolutionize medicine and health care. His book Future Care: Sensors, Artificial
Intelligence, and the Reinvention of Medicine outlines specific strategies using sensors
to help monitor and treat the chronic diseases that consume so much of healthcare

Dr. Jagmeet Singh is a Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and a
practicing cardiologist at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He leads clinical trials in
device therapy, sensor strategies and artificial intelligence for heart failure and atrial
fibrillation.
This virtual program is presented in partnership with the Boston Public Library, as part of
