Boston is brimming with music, theater, and arts events. Beacon Hill Village connects members to the latest happenings. There are music performances to enjoy, plays in the Theater District, the ballet, museum exhibitions, and more. There's always something going on in our great city!

The BHV program committee designs and plans a variety of opportunities to take advantage of all that Boston and the surrounding areas have to offer. By attending events together, we not only appreciate the program itself, but also enjoy the company of our friends and neighbors.

A truly collaborative effort makes attending these events possible through the efforts of the BHV Program Committee and BHV staff. There can be a charge for events but some are discounted and some are even free. Transportation is arranged when appropriate.

Critics' Choice

Critics' Choice is BHV's in-house team of culture vultures. From opera to documentaries, from Netflix to live theater, to book readings and dance, the Critics' Choice team has its' cultural radar finely tuned to provide Members the latest intel on Boston's arts scene.

There's so much to explore in and around Boston, and while it's fun adventuring solo, it can be even more rewarding when you are part of a group.

BHV designs and plans a variety of excursions to take advantage of all that Boston and surrounding areas have to offer, whether just in the neighborhood or across the New England region.
