Balance. Exercises and tips on the importance of staying strong and preventing falls. Balance is the cooperation between the brain, nervous system, muscle and bones, and the class will focus on improving the connection. Suitable for all fitness levels.  

For this special week only, the class fee will be waived. Advance registration is required for all participants.

All Fitness Week Classes taught by Cindy Sullivan, Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Senior Fitness Specialist.
