Learn how to perform activities of daily living confidently. These 1 hour sessions will include warm up exercises to prepare the body for resistance training. The class will consist of exercises to strengthen the upper body, lower body, and core. The results will be improved balance, flexibility, and mobility over time. We will use thera bands, light weights, and your own body weight.
Pete Goulet is a Kinesiology graduate from UMASS Amherst and has a background in Physical Therapy. He was a senior personal trainer at Equinox Sports Club Boston for 4 years before starting his own business, Prime Core Fitness, LLC in 2020. He specializes in older adults and most of his clients live in Downtown Boston.

This is a scheduled event that requires payment in advance. By registering for this event you are agreeing to pay the ticket price. Cancellations for this event will be nonrefundable and you will continue to be responsible for the ticket price unless another member registers for the event in your place.
